During the microteaching presentations, we, as a group, realized that there are many things we need to improve. For example, to enhance our enthusiasm is one of our challenges because we seemed to be a little bit bored or serious in front of our classmates; for this reason, we need to smile and make connection between teacher and students. The connection between performance and lesson plan was also needed, so we need to pay more attention to our objectives when teaching.
Another important remark to mention is that we need to monitor and CCQ students to check that they are on task and that they are using the language and that they all are divided in the activity.
In addition, the praising we gave was not we need to say more than just very good. Now we know that when praising varies, the atmosphere of the classroom of the classroom is nicer than just good and monotonous.
